As a registered charity we have a lawful basis to collect and hold your information.
As Trustees are responsible to the Charity Commission your information will be passed to them and updated yearly.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the Management Committee.

For Hirers our booking agent stores your information and deletes it as soon as possible after your event. This is normally paper copies.
We keep your names, addresses, email addresses and phone numbers for as long as you are a Trustee or Committee Member. We will then dispose your information by deleting from the management systems.
