Livewell Health Check event

LiveWell Dorset will be delivering free NHS health checks at Stalbridge Hall on Wednesday 14th January from 9am to 4pm 🙂 If you've already been invited for an NHS Health Check by your GP or pharmacy, please do take up the offer and book your appointment with them.

An NHS health check is a free checkup on your cardiovascular health and can spot early signs of diabetes, heart disease or stroke.

If you are aged 40-74, do not have an existing cardiovascular condition, and have not had an NHS Health Check in the last 5 years- you could be eligible for a health check with LiveWell Dorset. Check your eligibility and book your slot here:

"Our team is always out and about in the community, supporting people to take their first step to live well. We attend community events, promoting our free support service to residents. We also have an NHS Health Check team who go out in the community to deliver targeted NHS health checks to help residents find out if they are at risk of cardiovascular disease and identify what lifestyle changes they can make to reduce their risk".
